Qualification : An aggregate of 60% marks in MBA with specialization in Marketing/Sales & Marketing.

2. Management Trainee Materials 

Qualification : An aggregate of 60% marks in MBA with specialization in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management/Operations Management.

3. Management Trainee Finance

Qualification : An aggregate of 60% marks in MBA (Finance)/M.Com OR ICWA Inter/CA Inter

4. Management Trainee HR

Qualification : An aggregate of 60% marks in MBA with specialization in KR/IR/Personnel Management or equivalent Post Graduate qualification from a recognized University.

Stipend : Rs.16,000 for the First year and Rs.17,500/- for the Second year
